My friends and I love coming up with fun activities / experiences to do. Our most recent activity was an all pink themed picnic. We were so excited to make this happen and we immediately started making lists of things we needed. Now, the first thing I always do when planning something is to look on Pinterest. Pinterest had so many cute pink picnic ideas! We saved the pins that we loved and we made a shared note on our iPhone notes app to organize the list of picnic necessities.

Since our kids were going to be joining us, I wanted to make sure they were comfortable. My daughters have a tent at home, so I decided to bring that so they had a shaded hangout area. We chose DUMBO as our picnic destination because it has the views and good restaurants. Along with the food/appetizers we brought from home, we ordered some delicious food from Cecconi’s.

On the day of the picnic, I brought my wagon, so we can all just roll all of our supplies to our picnic spot. We found the most perfect spot with Jane’s Carousel as our backdrop. Y’all should’ve seen everyone staring at us setting it up lol. People were confused until they got a load of the final product! Then everyone was amazed.
