Polen Capital Management has announced the close of its debut collateralised loan obligation (CLO) with $407.15m (£316m) raised.
Polen Capital CLO 2025-1, which is backed by a pool of broadly syndicated first-lien loans, is part of Polen’s strategy to expand its credit and structured finance offerings to a wider range of investors.
Polen specialises in the leveraged credit markets, including high-yield bonds, syndicated bank loans, private credit and other special situations.
